How much will this cost?

 

Please contact Phil if you have a development you would like to discuss. He will be happy to provide a free, no obligation assessment of your proposal and what he can do to assist you.

All services carried out by ellipsis town planning consultants will be as follows: 

• All services will be undertaken in accordance with the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) Code of Conduct.

• Before we do any work, we will provide the likely scope and extent of work and the associated fees.

• We won't carry out any services until the fees and the scope of work we will carry out on your behalf are confirmed by you in writing.

• In as many instances as possible, ellipsis town planning consultants will provide an upper limit for the costs of the project.

• Fees are calculated for each particular project are charged on the basis of the time spent or a fixed fee, plus GST.

• Fees also include travelling expenses, all correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) and representations made on your behalf.

• Unforeseen expenses or sizeable disbursement costs may be added to the account but these will be discussed with the client as early as possible, and certainly before they are incurred.

• The fees will not include any statutory fees, legal fees or the fees of any other experts or consultants that may be needed for a particular project. These will again be discussed with the client before they are incurred.
